Viewpoint vs quality
View studies answer two different questions. Single mode is "does this specific apartment still see the park" – the lens for view-from-unit checks, sales material, and heritage-view protection. Multiple mode is "how is view-quality distributed across the whole scheme" – the lens for master-planning and unit premiums.
Single mode emphasises one vantage; multiple mode compares many.
